After you have connected a CRM using the Reply native integration (for example Saleforce), Reply will synchronize with it automatically within certain time periods. The green icon on the CRM indicates that it has been connected to Reply. By default it synchronizes every 30 minutes.
You can disable automatic synchronization by switching the slider from Enabled to Disabled.
You can also sync the data manually. To do this, open the integration by clicking the Configure button and then clicking Sync now.
Sometimes you can see the yellow icon on the CRM. This means that Reply is currently synchronizing the data with the CRM. You must wait until the process finishes to run manual synchronization.
