🔒 Single Sign-On (SSO) for All Reply Products
Reply AI Chat and Reply (also known as Reply for Outbound) use a unified identity provider with Single Sign-On (SSO), ensuring seamless access to all Reply.io products. This means you can use a single set of credentials to access all platforms, simplifying login management and enabling easy switching between tools.
Sign-Up and Sign-In Process:
Existing Reply Users: If you already have an account on any Reply platform, simply login to Reply AI Chat using your existing credentials.
New Users: To create a new account, sign up by providing your email and a secure password. Alternatively, you can use your Microsoft or Google account for faster registration. Once registered, you can use the same credentials to access other Reply products.

Sign Up for Reply AI Chat
If you're new to the Reply.io ecosystem, here's how to create an account for Reply AI Chat:
Visit the login page for Reply AI Chat.
Click on the "Sign up" button at the bottom of the interface.
Enter your credentials (email and password). Password guidelines will appear as you type to ensure it meets security standards.
📌 Requirements for Credentials:
Your login email must consist of only letters (A-Z) and numbers (0-9) in the format abc@def.com.
The password should contain a minimum of 8 characters and can be up to 100 characters long, including both letters and numbers.
Quick Tip: Alternatively, you can use Microsoft or Google accounts for a quicker sign-up process.
4. Confirm that you are not a robot and click "Sign up."
5. In a pop-up, select your preferred business model: Business or Agency.
6. Click "Get Started."
That's it! You can now access Reply AI Chat and use the same credentials to access Reply for Outbound and other products within the Reply.io ecosystem.
Sign In to Reply AI Chat
If you already have an account in Reply AI Chat, Reply for Outbound, or any other product from the Reply.io ecosystem, follow these steps to log in to Reply AI Chat:
Visit the login page for Reply AI Chat.
Enter your credentials for Reply AI Chat (or any other Reply product).
Click "Sign in" to access the platform.
Quick Tip: You can also sign in using your Microsoft or Google accounts if you've previously used them for sign-up.
Switching Between Reply Products
To access other Reply products from the Reply AI Chat interface:
Click on the app launcher icon located in the upper right corner. This icon shows a collection of applications available in a grid layout.
Currently, you can select "Sequences" and switch to Reply for Outbound.
