When opening the thread, you can quickly identify who is involved in the conversation. You can view the email addresses of senders, and recipients including those who were added to the BCC and CC copy of the email. Having access to all the participants in a thread can help you communicate more effectively with your contacts.

Other than that, you can easily access the contact profile card, edit the contact information or even create a new contact. Saving new contacts from the inbox can help streamline your workflow by eliminating the need to switch between different parts of the application to save contacts.

Please note:

  • If the contact already exists in your Reply account, the full name and email address will be shown in the thread. When you click on it, the existing information in the contacts card will be shown.

  • If the contact is new and was not previously saved in your Reply account, only the email address will be shown in the thread. When you click on it, the contact's profile card will be shown, so you can pull out all the data about it and create a new contact right away.

For example, the contact sent a direct message to you and put some of his or her colleagues into the CC and BCC who have not registered contacts in Reply. You will be able to see the email address of each contact, you can click on it to open the form to create a new contact. Once you add information about the contact, his or her full name will be also displayed along with the email address in the thread.
