Accounts are groups of contacts who are registered under the same domain or who are members of the same company, or organization.

Smart filters tab

To find accounts faster, use the smart filters tab:

  1. Click on the smart filters icon.

  2. Select filters, fill them with your search criteria, and click on the Apply button.

Please note. You can use multiple filters at the same time and save your filtering pattern so you can use it again.

For each filter, you can set a value:

  • Equals - this value will show you the list of accounts that correspond to the search criteria.

  • Does not equal - this value will show you the list of accounts except the ones that correspond to the search criteria.

  • Contains - this value will show you the list of accounts that contain entered data.

  • Not contains - this value will show you the list of accounts that do not contain entered data.

  • Is null - this value will show you the list of accounts that have a specified filter (for example Country, or Company size) empty.

Here's the list and descriptions of all the filters in the tab:

1 - All owners. Use this filter to view accounts that were created by a selected owner (member that is assigned to the Reply account). Use the search field, or just check one or a few needed members and click on the Apply button.

2 - Activity date. This filter allows you to filter accounts based on the latest activities performed on the accounts. Click on the filter and select the desired value.

When you choose a custom value, the sidebar with all filters will be shown. Choose the precise timeframe (from and to dates) and press the Apply button.

3 - Saved filters. This button allows you to view the drop-down list with the filters that you have previously created. You can also edit or delete saved filters using the corresponding icons.
