The Reply Cloud Calls functionality lets users make calls directly from Chrome Extension. To start using Cloud Calls, you must enable the feature in the Reply web application. For more information about Cloud Calls, see the Calls section.
There are several places in Chrome Extension where you can use Cloud Calls:
Dialer
Contact details screen
Tasks
Using Dialer
Dialer is located in the top-left menu of Chrome Extension and lets you dial any phone number.
Prerequisites
You must enable Cloud Calls.
Using the Contact details screen
You can call your contacts directly from the Contact details screen. To make a call, open any contact and click the Call button.
Prerequisites
You must enable Cloud Calls.
The contact must have a valid phone number.
Using Tasks
Reply offers several types of tasks within its functionality. Tasks of Call type allow making calls directly from tasks.
Prerequisites
You must enable Cloud Calls.
The task must contain a contact (tasks, created manually).
The contact must have a valid phone number.
